Plain English, like everything else here. Using PRED2U means you agree to these terms. Last updated: August 5, 2026.

What PRED2U is — and is not

PRED2U publishes statistical projections for WNBA player performance, locked before tip-off and scored publicly against real results. It is an information product. It is not betting advice, not a tipping service, and not a guarantee of anything. Projections are probabilistic estimates that are routinely wrong by design — the typical miss is published on the Record page. Any decision you make with this information, including any wager, is yours alone.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use PRED2U. If you choose to gamble, the legal gambling age and rules of your own jurisdiction apply to you — knowing and following them is your responsibility, not ours.

Your account

One account per person, with accurate information.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt to bypass access controls, or abuse the service.

Acceptable use

Member content — projections, ranges, probabilities, the track record and search — is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

scrape, bulk-download, or programmatically harvest the service;
resell, republish, or redistribute model output;
share account access or circumvent the members-only gate;
use the service to operate a competing product or feed another service.

Quoting a projection with attribution (a screenshot, a post) is fine — that is not redistribution.

Data sources and trademarks

Box scores and schedules come from publicly available sources. Sportsbook lines are displayed for informational comparison only. PRED2U is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the WNBA, any team, or any sportsbook. All trademarks belong to their owners.

Availability and accuracy

The service is provided as-is, best effort, without warranties of any kind. Live data can lag, sources can break, and maintenance happens. We publish our accuracy record precisely because the numbers are not guaranteed — past performance does not guarantee future results, and sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRED2U is not liable for losses arising from use of the service — including gambling losses, lost profits, or indirect and consequential damages. If liability is found anyway, our total liability for all claims is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.

Indemnification

If your breach of these terms — or your misuse of the service — gets us sued or fined, you agree to cover the resulting claims, damages and reasonable legal costs. Use the service as intended and this clause never matters.

Paid plans

When paid subscriptions launch, pricing, billing terms and the refund policy will be added to this page and shown at checkout before you pay. Payment processing will be handled by a dedicated provider's hosted checkout; card details never touch our servers.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; changes are posted here with an updated date, and material changes are announced by email to account holders. If any clause of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. These terms plus the privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and PRED2U.
