Privacy policy

The short version: we collect an email address and a hashed password, we set two login cookies, and that is the whole list. No trackers, no analytics, no ad pixels, no selling data. Last updated: August 5, 2026.

What we collect

Your email address — used to verify your account, reset your password, and send account-related email. Nothing is sent for marketing without your explicit consent.
Your password — stored only as a one-way cryptographic hash (Argon2id). We cannot read it, and neither can anyone who steals the database.
Server logs — standard request logs including IP address, kept briefly for security, debugging and rate limiting, then rotated out.

What we never collect

No analytics, no tracking cookies, no fingerprinting, no ad pixels, no social-media embeds. The site's security policy technically blocks the browser from talking to any third-party service at all — this is enforced by the server, not just promised here. We do not collect your name, location, phone number, or anything about your betting activity.

Cookies

Two cookies exist, both strictly for keeping you signed in (p2u_session and p2u_auth). Both are HttpOnly, Secure, and expire on their own. There are no tracking or advertising cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner.

Nobody, with two operational exceptions: our email delivery provider (Resend) processes the address an account email is sent to, and our hosting provider (Hetzner, Germany) runs the server the data lives on. Neither is permitted to use your data for anything else. We never sell or rent user data, period.

Payments

If and when paid plans launch, payment will run through a dedicated payment provider's hosted checkout. Your card number will never touch our servers and we will never see or store it.

Where your data lives

Everything is stored on servers in Germany (Hetzner). If you use the site from elsewhere — the US, anywhere — your data is processed there. Passwords are hashed, transport is always encrypted (HTTPS only), and access requires authenticated, logged administrative credentials.

Retention, deletion and your rights

Account data is kept while your account exists. Encrypted backups are kept for 35 days. Email support@pred2upredictions.top from your account address to get a copy of your data, correct it, or have your account and data deleted — deletion is honored within 30 days, backups included as they expire.

If something goes wrong

If a security breach ever affects your data, we will notify you by email promptly and say plainly what was exposed — the same honesty rule the projections live under.

Age

PRED2U is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes

Changes to this policy are posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes are announced by email to account holders.
